Frequently Asked Questions

  • We use the insights from the Brand Audit to build an accurate scope and project estimate based on your specific needs.

After the session, we’ll walk you through our findings on a follow-up call so we can refine the scope together and ensure everything is aligned — no assumptions, no misunderstandings.

  • If we haven’t worked together before, the answer is almost always yes. The Brand Audit helps us understand not just your brand and vision, but also how you think and make decisions — which is essential for a smooth, aligned process.

However, if your brand already has a strong point of view and well-established brand guidelines, this may be a step we can skip. We’ll always let you know upfront if the Brand Audit isn’t necessary based on your existing foundation.

Retainers guarantee availability, priority turnaround times, and consistent weekly bandwidth — ideal for fast-moving teams.

  • We’ll always communicate what’s shifting and adjust scope, timeline, or cost collaboratively. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be estimated and approved before we proceed.

  • Each project includes a set number of revision rounds. If additional rounds are needed, we’ll provide an estimate based on the added scope — so there are never surprises.

  • We handle design but not coding. If development is needed, we can recommend trusted partners and collaborate closely with them through the process.

  • Yes — we love working with emerging brands and small teams. Our structure is designed to flex based on your stage, needs, and budget.
